True contentment emerges not from what we accumulate, but from who we courageously choose to become.

Born from the author's deepest reflection, The Quiet Win is a blueprint for authentic happiness in a world obsessed with external validation and material success. Through real-life encounters and human observation, it guides readers away from superficial measures of success and towards genuine inner peace.

The title refers to the quiet victories that matter most: the internal triumphs that nobody sees but everybody feels. It is a rebellion against superficial living, choosing character over recognition, purposeful service over self-promotion, and lasting fulfilment over fleeting achievement.

Every page offers practical wisdom tested in both triumph and adversity, showing how to find joy in everyday moments regardless of circumstances. This is not another self-help book. It is an invitation to live authentically, one conscious choice at a time. Stop chasing happiness. Start creating it from within.

You will learn to
  1. iQuiet the mind and respond with clarity
  2. iiUse setbacks as opportunities for growth
  3. iiiInvest in habits that enrich everyday life
  4. ivEmbrace change with resilience and perspective
  5. vTurn solitude into introspection and self-discovery
What to expect

The Quiet Win explores the foundations of a meaningful life, inner stillness and lasting personal contentment. Formulated through years of reading, writing and close observation, the work centres on uncovering gratification from within rather than chasing external validation.

Nearly three decades at the meeting point of technology, business and human nature.

Maju Kuriakose is an entrepreneur, digital consultant, and author whose career spans nearly three decades at the intersection of technology, business, and human development. A lifelong student of psychology, history, and personal development, he believes that the most enduring life lessons are often found in everyday experiences. Drawing from decades of entrepreneurial triumphs, setbacks, and continuous learning, he writes with the conviction that timeless wisdom can help people cultivate clarity of thought, resilience of character, and a deeper understanding of human nature.

One of the defining chapters of his professional journey began in 1999, when the internet was still in its infancy in India, at a time when businesses questioned the need for websites and long before platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Twitter existed. He founded ReachOutHyderabad.com, one of India's pioneering city portals, which helped establish Hyderabad's early digital presence and crossed the remarkable milestone of one million hits during the dial-up internet era. His pioneering work earned widespread recognition, with features in leading publications and media outlets including India Today, Business Today, Business World, Dataquest, Computers Today, and several national newspapers. The venture also distinguished itself as one of the few Indian dot-com companies to survive the collapse of the early 2000s through a disciplined, lean, and sustainable business model.

From 2003 to 2009, Maju expanded his entrepreneurial journey by launching the e-commerce venture IFD, at a time when online shopping in India was still in its infancy. Serving customers across more than 500 locations nationwide, IFD pioneered customer-centric fulfilment services such as same-day delivery, delivery within two to three hours, and even midnight delivery, years before e-commerce giants like Flipkart and Amazon transformed the Indian retail landscape. This early venture reflected his ability to anticipate emerging trends and deliver innovations well ahead of their time.

Building on his entrepreneurial journey, Maju went on to serve in senior leadership roles, including as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of an STPI-registered technology company and later as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of a health organisation, where he spent more than a decade driving technology-led innovation and digital healthcare initiatives. Alongside his professional career, writing remained a constant passion. His literary journey began during his college years, with articles published in newspapers and magazines, and his distinctive writing style continued to evolve through the thousands of content pages he created while building digital platforms. Today, he has returned to his first love, the written word, bringing together the perspective of a technology pioneer, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner to write books that bridge enduring principles with the realities of modern life.

Based in India, Maju believes that progress is measured not merely by technological advancement but by the growth of human character. Through his writing, he seeks to bridge enduring principles with the realities of modern life, encouraging readers to think deeply, live purposefully, and discover wisdom in both success and adversity. His mission is to create books that remain relevant across generations: works that inform the mind, strengthen the spirit, and leave readers with insights they can carry throughout life.
